Thank you for considering me for your hair services. Here’s a detailed overview of my booking process to ensure a smooth and personalized experience.

New/Existing Clients looking for just a haircut, no consultation is needed, book away!

If you are a new client looking for color/lightening services, there are 3 steps to complete, scroll down if you are lost and need direction for the 3 steps to booking a color.

1. Fill Out the Online Color Consultation Form:

• This form is required for all color or lightening appointments and ensures I have the details needed to achieve your desired look.

• Please send a current hair photo (well-lit and natural; it doesn’t need to be fancy) and an inspiration photo along with the form.

• You may book your color x cut appointment according to your best knowledge, read through the descriptions for guidance.

2. Appointment Approval:

• Pending appointments will only be approved once I review your form and photos.

• If the wrong service is booked or insufficient time is reserved, the appointment may need to be rescheduled or denied to ensure we have enough time for your goals. If this happens, I will communicate what to book and share details so we are on the same page.

3. If You’re Unsure What to Book:

• Schedule an in-person color consultation. This allows us to discuss your hair goals and book the correct service for a future date.

• Just a heads up, this option will take longer because you will need to book the consultation and your appointment will be booked at a later date. If you have time, then no worries! I look forward to chatting with you.

• If you don’t know what you want, my advice is to complete the online process, send some inspiration photos of some looks that catch your eye, even if you don’t feel totally committed to it. Let me know in the notes. Book an appointment and I review it and can help with guidance if needed.

4. Important Policies:

• No form and photos? Your appointment will be denied 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. I am a single stylist in a salon suite who specializes. The hair history and photos are very vital for me to be visually prepared, products stocked up, and communication to you on what hair goals can be achieved. Without these key things, I cannot confidently move-forward. I promise, it’s not personal, and you are more then welcome to go back, complete the form, photos, and schedule again for approval.

• I specialize in low-maintenance brunette looks. If you’re seeking big transformations, such as going from dark brown/black to blonde, silver, platinum, or vivid colors, I recommend working with a blonde or vivid color specialist.

For Haircuts Only:

• You can book haircut services directly without completing the form or requiring approval.
